Cabin In Asheville vacation rentals offer rates to afford you a wonderful opportunity to escape the hectic pace of your busy life at home.
Once you have made your decision to reserve one of our Asheville vacation rentals, you may click on RESERVE NOW and fill out the secure form with credit card information.
The full amount as indicated on the form will be charged to your card. However, if you prefer to make two payments, 60% of the total will be due at time of reservation and the balance will be due 28 days before check-in. If your arrival date is approximately 35 days from time of reservation, the full amount will be due. You may call to make partial payment or fill out form for full payment.
If paying the 60%, you will be paying the percentage based on the total amount including the items below:

NOTE ON CLEANING FEE – Cleaning fee is flat for each cabin up to 4 guests. For 5+ guests the standard cleaning fee plus $3 per night per guest (over 4 guests). Up-charge does not apply to The Bungalow or The Loverly.

Off Season Rates apply to January 1 through April 30, September, November and December. Rate exception: Premium Dates.
Peak Rates apply to May 1 through August 31. October has it's own rates. Rate exception: Premium Dates.
Weekly Rate: 5% discount for 7 to 14 Nights. We do not accept reservations for less than 3 nights or more than 2 weeks in duration.

PROPERTY DAMAGE PROTECTION FEE of $49
Property Damage Protection provides you with up to $1,000.00 of coverage for unintentional damage to the rental property during the term of your stay, provided that damages are disclosed to management before checkout.
Returning Guests are not charged the PROPERTY DAMAGE PROTECTION fee as a courtesy, yet we do expect the respectful notification and payment for any accidental damage to the property.
