Winter Rates apply to January 1 through April 30, September, November and December.  Rate exception: Premium Dates.

Standard Rates apply to May 1 through October 31.  Rate exception: Premium Dates.

Weekly Rate:  10% discount for 7 to 14 Nights.

2012 Premium Dates:

Each cabin has a cleaning fee.  $100 for Chalet Quietude and $125 each for Woodlands Chalet and Charmed Cottage.  We also have a $100 Security/Damage Deposit per cabin and a 2.2% processing fee.  7% NC sales tax will also be applied.

Once you have made a decision to reserve one of our cabins, we require 50% of the total which does include the $100 Security/Damage Deposit.  We also require a signed rental agreement which will be sent via email.  Twenty-eight days before your check-in date, the balance will be due of not already paid in full.  If you are reserving within 28 days, the full amount will be due at time of reservation.

The $100 Security/Damage Deposit is returned, usually, within 24-48 hours of your departure, providing everyting is in good order with no damage.
