Below you will find our rates for 2012 (including through January 5, 2013). All rates are based on weekday and/or weekend rates or weekly rates.  Not included here are the following:  $125 cleaning fee, $100 security/damage deposit,6.75% NC sales tax and 2.2% processing fee.  We highly recommend you request a quote for your total costs.  We will respond quickly (within minutes to a few hours).

Keep in mind:  If you choose to come in on Wednesday night and stay through Sunday, you will have three “weekday” rates and two “weekend” rates.

The $100 Security/Damage Deposit is returned, usually, within 24-48 hours of your departure, providing everyting is in good order with no damage.
