This is a great savings idea for last minute travelers!

Here is how it works:

1. Check the availability calendar for the cabin of interest.
2. Check the standard rates for the cabin of interest.
3. Select a time period that is open and works for you.
4. Decide on a nightly bid amount for the time period. see guideline “A” below
5. Read the cancellation policy.
6. Send us a bid, using the submission form below.
7. We will honor the first highest bid or promptly counter offer.
8. Your bid does not obligate you to make the reservation.

Guidelines:

1. We may accept from 5%-20% discount off the standard nightly rate.
2. Minimum 2 nights stay.
3. Bids will not be accepted  until within 14 days of arrival date.
4. Bids will be evaluated within hours to 3 days of receipt.
5. Lodging tax, processing fee, accidental rental damage protection & standard cleaning fee will be automatically added to the bid.
6. Signed rental agreement required and cancellation policy applies.
7. If you win the bid, you will be notified by phone and/or email.
8. All accepted bids must be paid within 24 hours and are non-refundable per our cancellation policy.
